  Note: the Seafood prepared at the Turtle Island Cafe is received several times a week directly from the boats arriving at docks in Alaska, Montauk, the Carolinas and the Caribbean.

I, Chef David could not be more excited about it's quality and freshness. Literally when received in the restaurant it has only been out of the sea 12 - 18 hours, packed in ice and shipped to me directly from the person who caught  it.

I only use fish and seafood that is of sustainable species from sustainable fishing grounds and is line and pole caught. No nets and no farm (factory) raised
